Educational Journey: School, College, and Skill Development
The educational journey at our institution spans multiple stages, each marked by a commitment to quality education and holistic development. Our school, which started in the academic year 1998-99, is affiliated with the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, Ajmer. It offers a diverse range of streams, including Art, Science, Commerce, and Agriculture, and caters to both Hindi and English medium students. The school not only focuses on academic excellence but also ensures that students have access to various extracurricular activities and facilities. These include well-equipped laboratories (for subjects like Computer Science and Science), transportation, hostel facilities, and an infrastructure designed to foster a supportive learning environment. Students also have opportunities to engage in dancing, singing, and indoor games, promoting a balanced approach to education.
The journey continues at the undergraduate level, where our college, affiliated with Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, offers degrees in Art and Science streams. Students can pursue a range of subjects, and the college is known for its emphasis on academic rigor and extracurricular involvement. In 2021, we further expanded our offerings with the introduction of postgraduate programs, including M.A. in Geography and M.Sc. in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Mathematics. The college also encourages students to participate in national-level programs like the NCC (National Cadet Corps) and NSS (National Service Scheme), providing them with opportunities for personal growth and community service.
In addition to formal education, our institution places great importance on skill development. Since 2019, the GRNTSS Skill Centre has been a key partner in promoting skill-based education. As part of the Rajasthan State Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC) and various other government schemes such as ELSTP, Rajkvik, Samarth, Saksham, and MMYKY, the center has conducted skill development programs across several districts, including Churu, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Rajsamand, and Pratapgarh. These programs help students acquire practical skills that enhance their employability and prepare them for real-world challenges.
